1 Tablespoon minced garlic 1 Tablespoon rice vinegar 1 teaspoon sugar Preparation: 1. Mix the garlic with the rice vinegar and the sugar. 2. Let rest for two hours, then put it into a glass jar and refrigerate. Serve when cold. |
