1/4 cup minced garlic 1/4 cup rice vinegar 1 Tablespoon sugar Preparation: 1. Mix all the ingredients, stirring them for one minute. 2. Pour boiling water into a glass jar, then drain, and fill with the mixture, and refrigerate. 3. Serve after two hours with any meat, fish, or vegetable dish desired. |
