Lamb Mongolian-style

Lamb

Lamb Mongolian-style
Lamb Mongolian style Ingredients
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 pounds lamb ribs, cut into two-inch pieces, then separated into individual pieces
3 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
3 scallions, each knotted
3 slices fresh ginger, minced
3 Tablespoons soy sauce
3 Tablespoons Shaoxing wine
2 Tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 Tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Preparation:
1. Heat wok, add the oil and the ribs and brown them, stirring often; when brown, remove ribs and discard any remaining liquid.
2. Add garlic, scallions, and ginger, and stir-fry for two minutes, but do not let them burn.
3. Add soy sauce, wine, and the chili sauce, and bring to the boil, then return the ribs, reduce the heat, and simmer for fifteen minutes, stirring often.
4. Put into a serving bowl, top with the sesame seeds, and serve.
