2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
3 Tablespoons honey
1 Tablespoon orange or tangerine juice

Preparation:
1. Soak oysters in tepid water for one hour, then rinse and remove any sand.
2. Mix Worcestershire and fish sauces, stir in ginger juice, wine, minced onion and ground white pepper, and marinate the oysters for half an hour, then drain and set liquid aside.
3. Heat oil and fry oysters on low heat for one minute, then add honey and citrus juice, increase heat and when sauce bubbles stir and fry them for one to two more minutes, stirring all the time.
