Follow the Buddha's Delight (recipe number 1432) except cut the soy sauce, salt, and sugar amounts in half. Also, omit the sesame oil and add a ten-ounce can of chai pow yu; this is vegetarian abalone. At the same time add the cellophane noodles. Stir all of this well, and cook for one to two minutes more. Serve hot or cold.
