2 Tablespoons or twenty or more roselle flowers
1 teaspoon honey, or to taste
1. Rinse roselle flowers carefully and throughly.
2. Put the flowers and ten cups of water in a pot and bring it to the boil, and just before it boils, reduce the heat and simmer for ten minutes. Then turn off the heat source, cover, and let this rest for fifteen minutes.
3. When cooled slightly, add honey, stir, and serve warm or chilled.
