6 Tablespoons English dry mustard powder
6 Tablespoons water
2 teaspoons rice vinegar
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1. Stir the mustard powder and water and let rest for two minutes. The more this is stirred, the stronger up to a point, the mixture becomes.
2. Add the vinegar and sesame oil and stir well, then serve.
