1 teaspoon salt 1 Tablespoon sugar 2 Tablespoons brick tea (or use a Darjeeling tea) 6 cups boiling water 1/3 cup salt butter 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup milk Preparation: 1. Put the salt and sugar in a teapot with the tea leaves. Add the boiling water and steep for fifteen minutes. 2. Return to the boil, remove from the heat source, and then add the butter, cream, and milk. Whisk this for five minutes, then serve. |
