2 tablespoons fish sauce 2 or 3 red chili peppers 2 scallions, minced 1/2 cup coriander leaves, minced Preparation: 1. Use a mortar and pestle, grind these ingredients together. Then put this in a small bowl to be added to every dish, as desired. 2. Refrigerate the sauce when not in use. |
