Onion and Barbecued Pork Omelette
Ingredients:
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 Tablespoon thin soy sauce
1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper
2 Tablespoons corn oil
1/4 pound barbecued pork, shredded
1/2 onion, slivered
1 ounce package bean thread noodles, soaked, drained, and cut into three-inch pieces
Preparation:
1. Beat eggs with salt, soy sauce, and pepper.
2. Heat oil and fry pork and onion until onion is soft, then add bean thread noodles and stir-fry for one mintue.
