Chinese Sweet and Sour Radishes I
Ingredients:
1 bunch small red radishes (about 30)
1/4 cup vinegar
3 Tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons thin soy sauce
1 to 2 teaspoons sesame oil
Preparation:
1. Remove tip and root of each radish and wash them well. Crush the side of each radish lightly with the side of a cleaver.
2. Add salt and let stand for one hour, then drain and serve.
