Buddha's Delight with Vegetarian Abalone
Find and follow the Buddha's Delight recipe, then do the following:
1. Reduce the soy sauce, salt and sugar amounts by half, and omit the sesame oil.
2. Add a ten ounce can of Chai pow yu which is vegetarian abalone. Do so at the same time you add the cellophane noodles.
3. Stir this well and cook for one or two minutes. Serve hot or cold.
