Green Sauce for Meat Dishes
Ingredients:
2 cups coriander or 1 Tablespoon each of cumin, coriander, and turmeric
3 Tablespoons minced garlic
3 Tablespoons minced shallots
½ cup coarsely chopped scallions
½ teaspoon coarse salt
2 Tablespoons rice vinegar
1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
Preparation:
1. Chop well all the solid and liquid ingredients in a food processor.
2. Remove and mix them with any meat, soup, or another dish in or on the side; this increases the flavors of the dish.
