Five Spice Powder
Ingredients: 1 Tablespoon whole cloves 3 teaspoons whole fennel seeds 1 teaspoon whole white peppercorns 2 teaspoons whole Sichuan peppercorns 5 whole star anise 1 five-inch stick of whole cinnamon broken into small pieces. Preparation: Put in a blender. Grind until fine, stir well, and store in a small glass jar in a cool dark place. Then use as needed.
