This book may be of value if you have very few recipes to steam foods, not to learn the technique. It is included for the recipes, not their creativity.
Its chapters are titled: Meat; Vegetable; Soybean; Seafood; Rice. Two pages at the beginning mention six skills needed to steam foods in this 'Cookery Tutorial for Filipino Helper' volume. The recipes are typical of those found elsewhere, none are special, none are exciting, nor are they special steamed dishes.
