Barbecued Lamb Kebobs
Ingredients:
3 pounds lamb, cut into one-inch cubes
4 Tablespoons soy sauce
4 Tablespoons vegetable oil
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground fennel
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
Preparation:
1. Thoroughly combine all ingredients in a bowl, then cover and allow to stand for about two hours.
2. Place on skewers, then barbecue until meat lightly browns, basting with the juice of the marinade as the cubes are barbecuing. Serve hot.
