Jellied Coconut Milk

Jellied Coconut Milk
Ingredients:
4 teaspoons agar-agar powder
1 fourteen ounce can of coconut milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup canned coconut cream
Preparation:
1. Sprinkle the agar-agar powder over the coconut milk, add the sugar and simmer for ten minutes.
2. Remove from heat and stir in the coconut cream. Rinse a dish with cold water, then pour this liquid into a dish and allow to set. Cut into diamond shapes or squares.
Note: This is quite firm and meant to be picked up with fingers; though chopsticks can be used.
