1 tablespoon vegetable oil 2 Tablespons minced onions 1/3 cup chunky peanut butter 1/2 cup coconut milk 1 Tablespoon lime juice 1 teaspoon sugar salt and pepper, to taste Preparation: 1. Heat oil in a saucepan and brown the onions and the garlic. 2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Then simmer one to two minutes before removing to a deep dish. |
