Smoked Vegetarean Eel

Smoked Vegetarean Eel
Ingredients:
1/2 pound fresh bean curd, most water squeezed out, the shredded
3 large black Chinese mushrooms, soaked until soft, stems discarded, then shredded
1 cup enoki mushrooms, cut in small pieces
2 Tablespoons fresh ginger, shredded
½ teaspoon salt and ground black pepper
2 Tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon goji berries, chopped
1/4 cup sugar
½ cup dry rice
½ cup tea leaves
2 seaweed sheets
Preparations:
1. Mix prepared bean curd, black and enoki mushrooms, and the ginger, and the goji berries and flour; then roll this mixture into the two seaweed sheets, wet to paste the edges, and let rest ten minutes on these edges.
2. Steam these rolls for fifteen minutes, seam side down in a steamer basket over boiling water for twelve minutes.
3. Mix sugar, rice, and tea leaves and put them into a wok, put the rolls on this and cover and smoke for about fifteen minutes until they give off a smoky aroma.
4. Cut each roll into four pieces, and serve.
