Red beans, Lotus Seeds, and Bananas |

Ingredients:
1/3 cup red beans
½ cup lotus seeds
6 Tablespoons rock sugar
1 small banana, sliced
Preparation:
1. Rinse red beans and bring them to a boil in three cups water, then reduce the heat and simmer for one hour. Next, remove them from the liquid and mash using any liquid needed for a good consistency.
2. Soak lotus seeds overnight, then cook them for one hour before adding the rock sugar. Now turn off the heat and mix beans and seeds together.
3. Put the red beans and lotus seeds in a pot, add one cup water and simmer with the banana slices. Stir, then cool and serve.
