Lamb and Cabbage


Lamb and Cabbage
3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 pound ground or minced lamb
1/2 red onion, chopped
1 small red hot pepper, seeded and minced
4 cups shredded Napa or reguar cabbage
1. Heat a wok or fry pan, add the oil, then the lamb, and stir-fry until almost no longer pink, then remove and drain.
2. Add onion and hot pepper pieces and stir-fry for half a minute, then add the shredded cabbage.
3. Next, return the lamb to the wok or pan and stir-fry until the cabbage is wilted, then put all in a pre-heated bowl and serve.
