Ingredients:
6 to 8 ounces of jackfruit flesh, mashed
3 shallots, minced
3 Tablespoons Chinese black or balsamic vinegar
1 to 2 teaspoons fish sauce
freshly ground pepper and salt, to taste
Preparation:

two hours In a glass or ceramic bowl.
