Hasma With Lotus Seeds and Jujubes |

Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons dried hasma, soaked overnight, then simmered in water and steamed for one hour
2 Tablespoons dried lotus seeds, steamed two hours
20 fresh red or brown jujubes, pits removed
½ cup brown rock sugar
3 Tablespoons ginger juice
Preparation:
1. Prepare all ingredients, and steam them together for
two to three hours in two cups water. Then drain and do
reserve their liquid.
2. Cool, then transfer this mixture to a large serving bowl
or individual dessert dishes, add two tablespoons of the
reserved liquid, and then serve.
