Ingredients:
2 pig hearts, veins removed
1 gold coin
1 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
1. Cut the heart meat, but no part with any veins, into
one to one and a half inch cubes. Put them and the
gold coin into a double boiler, add six cups of water, the
heart cubes, gold coin, and salt, and cook for four hours. Serve meat and the soup, wipe the gold coin, and safely
store it for another use.
