Ingredients:
1 pound pork loin, cut into one-inch cubes
1 teaspoon five-spice powder
1 teaspoon sugar
3 Tablespoons dark soy sauce
2 teaspoons or 1 Tablespoon hot sauce
1 Tablespoon cornstarch
3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
Preparation:
1. Mix pork, five-spice powder, sugar, soy sauce, hot
sauce, and the cornstarch and let marinate for half an
hour.
2. Heat wok or fry pan, add the oil, then add the pork
cubes in batches and stir-fry until they no longer stick
together. Then when golden brown, drain on paper
towels and serve in a pre-heated bowl.
