Ingredients:
½ cup chopped smoked pork or chopped belly pork
3 quarts broth
2 pounds mustard greens, very coarsely chopped
½ teaspoon salt (optional)
Preparation:
1. Simmer pork covered in broth for half an hour, and
skim as needed.
2. Add mustard greens and salt, and stir and simmer
three more minutes, then serve.
