Spare Rib Congee |

Ingredients:
½ pound spare ribs, separated, chopped into small pieces, and blanched
1 teaspoon lily bulb, tuckahoe (optional)
5 red dates, pitted and cut small
1 cup rice
1 stalk celery, minced
salt, pepper, and Sichuan pepper, to taste
Preparation:
1. Put everything into a rice pot or cooker, cover with
two cups of cold water, bring to the boil, then reduce the
heat, simmer for forty minutes or operate automatically.
Then stir and serve.
