 | Ingredients: 1 pound garland chrysanthemums, each cut across half-inch lengths, blanched one minute, then rinsed with cold water and drained
 5 half-pound pieces firm doufu, each diced in half-inch cubes
 3 Tablespoons sesame oil
 ½ teaspoon each, salt and sugar
 
 Preparation:
 1. Mix chrysanthemum and doufu with the sesame oil,
salt, and sugar.
 2. Toss well, and serve in a bowl.
