Mung Bean Tea

1 Tablespoon tea leaves, your choice
1 teaspoon mung bean flour
3 cups boiling water
white sugar to taste, optional
1. Put tea leaves into tea pot with the mung bean flour.
2, Add boiling water and a little sugar, to taste. Brew for three minutes, then drink.
Note: If commercially made mung bean flour is not available, one can make it by removeing the skin of dried mung beans and splitting them. Put them into a spice or coffee grinder or with mortar and pestle, grind then into a fine flour.
