 | Ingredients: 2 Tablespoons peanut oil
 1/2 small celery cabbage, cut into two-inch lengths
 2 ribs celery, strings removed
 1/2 pound bok choy, cut into two-inch lengths
 1/4 pound small snow peas, strings removed
 1 carrot, peeled and cut long way into thin slices then cross-wise into two-inch slices
 2 squares firm bean curd, cutting thickness in half, then cut each of these into one-inch cubes
 1 Tablespoon sesame oil
 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
 Preparation:
 1. Heat peanut oil and stir-fry the vegetables for two minutes, then add the bean curd cubes, and stir.
 2. Add the sesame oil and soy sauce and stir an additional minute, then serve.
