Peanuts with Spicy Salt
Ingredients:
4 cups shelled peanuts
2 cups peanut oil
1 Tablespoon ground white pepper
1 teaspoon coarse salt
1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
Preparation:
1. Remove thin paper coating from all the peanuts.
2. Heat oil and add the peanuts and fry them until they turn a very light tan, then remove and drain on paper towels.
3. Mix pepper, salt, and coriander and toss with the nuts, then serve.
