Ingredients: 1 teaspoon chopped dried pseudo-ginseng root 1 teaspoon pseudo-ginseng flower, fresh or dried (optional) Preparation: 1. Pour one cup boiling water over the ingredients and allow to steep for five to ten minutes. 2. Pour another cup of boiling water into the infusion, and serve.
